2026 LADBROKES COX PLATE MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Applications are now open for 2026 Ladbrokes Cox Plate Media Accreditation at Flemington on October 24.

Applications must be received by the Moonee Valley Racing Club no later than Wednesday October 7, 2026.

Please Note:

  • Ticketing must be collected from Flemington racecourse prior to raceday.
  • If you are an organisation applying for a quantity of 10+ Media Accreditation passes, please contact Ben Sporle - see below.
  • Photographers who have been issued a 2026-27 Racing Victoria Photography Pass are guaranteed Ladbrokes Cox Plate accreditation. Accredited photographers are still required to complete the Ladbrokes Cox Plate Media Accreditation application.
  • Photographers who have not been issued a 2026-27 Racing Victoria Photography Pass will need their Media Organisation to apply for accreditation on their behalf. Applications for single meeting passes should apply below and will be considered by Racing Victoria. 
  • Photography accreditation applications will only be considered from Media Organisations for the primary purpose of News Reporting. No commercial photography applications will be considered. If approved by Racing Victoria, MVRC will then issue ticketing for Ladbrokes Cox Plate Day.
  • All photographers requiring access to horse areas must have completed Racing Victoria’s Safework for Photographers Induction and will also need to complete VRC’s OH&S training prior to ticket collection.
  • Media Accreditation will be issued to WORKING MEDIA only. Any violations will result in sanctions.

Note: Moonee Valley Racing Club does not guarantee Media Accreditation for the Ladbrokes Cox Plate Day once completed. The applicant will be contacted following their submission being reviewed.
