Welcome to the Moonee Valley Racing Club

Home of the Legendary Ladbrokes Cox Plate and the Ladbrokes Friday Night Lights. The MVRC is a family-friendly and inclusive Club that provides up to 25 racedays every year. As well as horse racing, the MVRC holds business events, owns several entertainment venues, has its own catering division, and is undergoing a redevelopment to create “The Valley of Tomorrow”.

Best of the best on show at The Valley in season 2022/23

Greatness has been on display at The Valley in season 2022/23 from Anamoe’s successful second shot at the Ladbrokes Cox Plate, to Mr Brightside stamping himself as a 1600m specialist in The Sharp EIT All-Star Mile. The centenary edition of the Ladbrokes Cox Plate certainly lived up to the occasion, rated ‘Australia’s Best Race’ as a star-studded field clashed in front of a big crowd.
