Imperatriz will face seven rivals in Friday night's $750,000 Group 1 Moir Stakes.
Having flexed her muscles with an incredible first-up win at The Valley last start, Imperatriz will be reunited with regular jockey Opie Bosson and the pair will jump from barrier five.
Henry Dwyer's Asfoora will chase a maiden G1 in the event, with the speedster drawing barrier six.
Oakleigh Plate winner Uncommon James, ridden by Damian Lane, will jump from barrier seven.
Rothfire has drawn perfectly in barrier one for Blake Shinn.
