2025 LADBROKES COX PLATE CARNIVAL MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Applications are now open for Media Accreditation across the 2025 Ladbrokes Cox Plate Carnival:
Ladbrokes Gold Cup Night (October 24, 2025) and Ladbrokes Cox Plate Day (October 25, 2025)
Applications must be received by the Moonee Valley Racing Club no later than Wednesday October 8, 2025.
Please Note:
Media Accreditation will be issued to WORKING MEDIA only. Any violations will result in sanctions.
Late applications approved after Wednesday October 8, 2025 will NOT be posted and must be collected from the MVRC prior to raceday.

The MVRC will be awarding the best photograph of 2025 Ladbrokes Cox Plate Day via an application process at the conclusion of the carnival.
Photographers who have been issued a 2025-26 Racing Victoria Photography Pass will be guaranteed Ladbrokes Cox Plate Carnival accreditation. Accredited photographers are still required to complete the Ladbrokes Cox Plate Media Accreditation application to determine required desk space.
Photographers who have not been issued a 2025-26 Racing Victoria Photography Pass will need their Media Organisation to apply for accreditation with Racing Victoria on their behalf. Applications for single meeting and annual Racing Victoria Photography Passes - click here
Photography accreditation applications will only be considered from Media Organisations for the primary purpose of News Reporting. No commercial photography applications will be considered. If approved by Racing Victoria, MVRC will then issue ticketing for the Ladbrokes Cox Plate Carnival.
All photographers must have completed Racing Victoria’s Safework for Photographers Induction.
