Romantic Warrior is a leading Ladbrokes Cox Plate contender
There are 31 horses remaining in contention for the 2023 Ladbrokes Cox Plate following third acceptances.
Among the contenders are three internationals, with Hong Kong star Romantic Warrior, Victoria Road for champion Irish trainer Aidan O’Brien, and Buckaroo for Joseph O’Brien.
Ciaron Maher and David Eustace have four horses in the mix, with Melbourne Cup winner Gold Trip, Duke De Sessa, King Colorado, and Light Infantry.
Leading fancies Alligator Blood, Amelia’s Jewel, Militarize, and Mr Brightside were all among the 31 acceptors announced on Tuesday.
