Moonee Valley Park – First Residents Arrive
Our Moonee Valley Park project has celebrated a key milestone with the arrival of the first residents following the completion of the first release of Feehan Row townhouses. Comprising 36 premium townhouses, Feehan Row is the first stage of Moonee Valley Park delivered by the Club's development partners Hamton Property Group and Hostplus.
The second stage release of Feehan Row townhouses comprises 44 premium townhouses and is currently under construction. Thomas Street is the first apartment release within Moonee Valley Park and construction is well progressed. Feehan Row and Thomas Street are both sold out.
The fourth release of our project is Stonepine House which is selling strongly. We look forward to construction commencing on Stonepine House early in 2023.
The Club congratulates Hamton Property Group on the completion of the first stage release of Feehan Row and extends a warm welcome to the new residents who will now call Moonee Valley Park their home.
