MVRC Special Use Zone Masterplan - approved
The Special Use Zone Masterplan - now approved! The Masterplan that will guide the transformation of the Moonee Valley Racecourse precinct was endorsed by Moonee Valley City Council (MVCC) at the 26 October 2021 Council meeting. The decision is a key milestone and follows a thorough planning process and extensive period of community consultation undertaken by MVCC and the MVRC.
