Race for Awards recognises and rewards MVRC Members based on a range of categories from attendance to how you pay your membership fees. This Membership Season, Race for Awards has been reinvigorated to provide Members with more ways to be rewarded.

• Members will now have the ability to redeem your points within the 2024/25 racing season i.e. If you've earnt 1000 points, you'll be able redeem a member visitor pass for an upcoming standard race meeting of the members choice.
• Current Members categories that are eligible to redeem points for the 2024/25 racing season include: Full, Young, Club 100, Corporate, Life & Full Country & Interstate members.
• The crediting of redeemable items to the member will be completely up to the discretion of the Moonee Valley Racing Club.
• If a member has been deemed to break any club rule, the Moonee Valley Racing club reserve the right to deduct all Race for Awards points immediately.
• The Moonee Valley Racing Club reserve the right to remove or replace and redeemable items for the 2024/25 racing season.
• All points accumulated within the 2024/25 racing season will expire on Friday 1st August 2025.

Earning points per dollar spent at The Valley:

• To be eligible to earn points, members must scan their card to accumulate points.
• For every one dollar spent on food and beverages at selected food outlets within the Moonee Valley Race Course precinct, members will earn two Race for Awards points.
• Members will not earn points per dollar spent on any dining, event or hospitality packages.

Food & Beverage/Merchandise Vouchers:

• Members redeeming a $25 food and beverage, or merchandise voucher must do so prior to 5pm AEDST every Wednesday, to be eligible to redeem for an upcoming race meeting.
• For members that redeem $25 food and beverage or merchandise voucher, your membership card will be credited with the full amount.
• For members that redeem $25 food and beverage or merchandise voucher, your credit will be valid until Friday 1st August 2025 and will not roll-over into the 25/26 season.

Members’ Dining:

• Members’ Jockey Bar invitation to be allocated at the Moonee Valley Racing Club’s discretion for selected standard race meetings only.
• Members’ Jockey Bar dining invitation must be redeemed within the 2024/25 season.
• The dining booker is the only person that will receive the 500 Race for Awards points.

Member Visitor Passes:

• Standard and feature Member visitor passes are valid for 2024/25 standard race meetings only.
• Feature Member visitor passes are valid for 2024/25 feature race meetings only (excluding Ladbrokes Cox Plate Carnival).
• The Moonee Valley Racing Club reserve the right to remove or change any discretionary bonus initiatives throughout the 2024/25 racing season.

Refer a Member:

• The member being referred must be either lapsed or a new member (they cannot be a unrenewed member from the 2023/24 season).
• The referring member must have been a current member for over 12 months.
• The member being referred must have paid in full for the referring member to be eligible for nominated point amount.
• Referring a Corporate Member point structure:
  - Refer a Blue Corporate Member - Earn 10,000 points
  - Refer a Gold Corporate Member - Earn 20,000 points
- Refer a Platinum Corporate Member - Earn 30,000 points

Stayers Payment Plan:

• To earn 500 points, members must be brand new to the program and hadn’t been on it in a previous season

Attendance:

Current Moonee Valley Racing Club Members can earn Race for Awards points the following ways:

• For every dollar you spend at The Valley on food and beverage - Earn 2 points
• Attend any race meeting at The Valley - Earn 100 points
• Renew on the Stayers payment plan - Earn 100 points
• Make a booking in the Jockey Bar - Earn 500 points
• Sign up to the monthly or annual Stayers plan - Earn 500 points
• Refer a Member (Full or Young) - Earn 5,000 points
• Refer a Family Membership - Earn 7,500 points
• Refer a Club 100 Member - Earn 15,000 points
• Refer a Corporate Member – Earn up to 30,000 points
• There will also be a swag of BONUS points that you can earn throughout the racing season, so keep an eye out!

Current Moonee Valley Racing Club Members can redeem points on the following items:

• Standard Member Visitor Pass - 500 points
• Feature Member Visitor Pass (Excludes Cox Plate Carnival) - 1,000 points
• $25 F&B voucher – 2,500 points
• Annual Reserved Grandstand Seat– 4,000 points
• Barrier Draw Breakfast Experience - 4,000 points
• Gallops Tour of The Valley experience & track walk in January 2025 - 4,000 points
• Annual Guest Card - 8,000 points
• Jockey Bar Dining invitation - 8,000 points
