Ciaron Maher and David Eustace unveiled a potential Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper contender at The Valley on Saturday in the form of Inglis Banner (1000m) winner Ideas Man.
The Brazen Beau colt surged late to edge out Lindsay Park's Bella Nipotina and the Ellerton/Zahra-trained Arctic Ice in the $500,000 dash for two-year-olds.

A $525,000 yearling purchase at the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale, Ideas Man is out of multiple Stakes winner Innovation Girl and Maher is hopeful the colt will follow in her footsteps.
The Caulfield trainer, who celebrated Group 1 glory with Loving Gaby on Friday night, said Ideas Man could now be put away and saved for an autumn campaign aimed at the Blue Diamond or the Golden Slipper.
"He's just very natural, he's what he should be because his mother was an elite two-year-old," Maher said.
"Everything had to go right to get him here today, he just got his name and then he trialed on Monday to get his certificate to race and I don't mind that with the two-year-olds.
"We take them there a little bit soft and use it to bring them on.
"I'd say I'd probably put him away and head for either a Blue Diamond or a Slipper."
Maher had hoped that Anders, who debuted at Randwick, could further bolster his two-year-old arsenal but the Not A Single Doubt colt wilted late after leading into the straight.
