Friday night's Group 1 Charter Keck Cramer Moir Stakes (1000m) at The Valley shapes as being anything but a carbon copy of the clock-breaking McEwen Stakes following the release of the final field and barrier draw on Wednesday.
Race favourite and Everest-bound sprinter Nature Strip will jump from barrier seven, with on-pacers Houtzen (two), Ball Of Muscle (four) and Faatinah (six) drawn on his inside.
While an inside draw was the catalyst for his front-running tactics last start when winning the McEwen in a track record 56.95 seconds, the middle draw will likely allow Damian Lane to ride him in a similar manner to his six-length Lightning Stakes triumph in July.
Darren Weir-trained stablemates Brave Smash (10) and Voodoo Lad (12) have drawn wide, while Group 1 winner Viddora will line up from barrier nine.
Final fields for Friday night's feature card at The Valley, including the G2 Sporting Globe Stocks Stakes (1600m), G2 Carlton Draught Stutt Stakes (1600m) and G3 Drinkwise JRA Cup (2040m) are available here.
