Support Men’s Health at The Valley

The E.J. Whitten Foundation is again partnering with Moonee Valley Racing Club in 2018 to bring the E.J. Whitten Charity Race Night proudly supported by “The Drainman”.

The event aims to raise awareness for men’s health and funds for prostate cancer research and treatment will take place on Friday 2 March 2018 at Moonee Valley.

Ted Whitten, Founder and Executive Director of the E.J. Whitten Foundation, said “every year the event is a fantastic night. As well as supporting a great cause, participants will enjoy a 3 course dinner, guest racing speakers, entertainment, expert tips from Simon Marshall as well as amazing views across the track of the night’s racing.”

Ted added “In everything the Foundation does we aim to build awareness of men’s health and inspire men to take charge of their health. It would be great to get a record result in 2018 in terms of awareness and raising funds”

E.J. Whitten Foundation CEO Nick Holland said “Funds from this year’s event will contribute to the Foundation’s programs for research and treatment of prostate cancer, a disease which kills an estimated 66 men a week in Australia.”
