Erin Bell trackside this Friday night
This Friday at The Valley we are fortunate to be joined by Collingwood Magpies Netball Star Erin Bell.
Erin is an ambassador for Friday Night Racing and will assisting with the Kelly Sports kid’s activities on the lawn from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Erin, who moved from Adelaide to Melbourne is currently gearing up towards her season opening match against The Vixens on April 28. “Pre-season has been tough and all the girls are tracking along nicely.”
The 2018 season starts after the Commonwealth Games and Bell is tipping the Aussie Girls to “Bring home the Gold!” after some strong recent form in the Quad Series Tour.
Bell is a passionate racegoer who witnessed Winx win her third Cox Plate last year and described the atmosphere as awesome when she won “and also when Daryl Braithwaite sung Horses”.
“For me, having an opportunity to get out of the training gear and get dressed up is also pretty fun!”
Erin is excited to be down at The Valley this Friday February 2.
“I think it’s a great chance for families to get the kids out and do something different.”
